If your family participates regularly in our MCY, we ask that you complete a Family Enrollment Form (PDF format). This is one way in which we enter into an agreement with one another as we build our shared ministry together.

We believe that the faith development of our children and youth is the responsibility of the entire congregation. While we request a voluntary donation of $40 or more per child for MCY enrollment, we encourage families to provide strong financial support to UUMAN through their annual pledge. With the support of our entire community we are able to provide professional staff, training, clean and attractive meeting spaces, meaningful curricula and general program supplies.

All financial contributions to UUMAN (501C) are tax deductible.
