The Unitarian Universalist Metro Atlanta North (UUMAN) congregation has adopted the following mission statement:
“We come together to create an environment that celebrates our differences, nurtures transformative growth, and promotes an open-minded search for truth and justice both within our walls and beyond.”
Our community is currently formulating plans to actively live in this mission statement, becoming more involved in activities and programs that support this statement and our Unitarian Universalist Principles.
We invite you to join us on this journey, as we intensify our outreach efforts to the greater community to make a real difference in the way we all live.

Our Unitarian Universalist Principles
We, the member congregations of the Unitarian Universalist Association covenant to affirm and promote:
- The inherent dignity and worth of every person;
- Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
- Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
- A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
- The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
- The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
- Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
