Join us at Shelley’s house as we get together to socialize and have fun playing some very cool tabletop games! (“tabletop” is used to include board, dice, and card games). What kind of games? I’m so glad you asked! I’m pretty sure we’ve never played a Hasbro or Parker Brothers game, so no Monopoly or Candyland. They’re newer games that usually have more strategy than luck, don’t eliminate players (actually or effectively), and usually take 1-2 hours.
There are the usual competitive games, but we also have cooperative games, where the players are working together against the game (Pandemic or Forbidde
I’ve watched most of the episodes of TableTop with my kids. They’re usually pretty entertaining, though they can be off-color — Wil and his friends sometimes have the humor of 12-year-old boys. Between several members of the group, we have most of the games in that show, though we don’t always bring them.
